Schiller Library

As part of the extension to the Schiller Library in 2014, the Mitte district once again provided funding for an art-in-architecture competition after a long time. In a non-open selection process among five Berlin artists, the jury finally recommended the realisation of Angela Mewes‘ design. The artists who took part in the competition were Thilo Frank, Betina Kuntzsch, Angela Mewes, Barbara Trautmann and Andreas Wegner.
